poetry: as your lover
phantoms softly embrace in your frame of reference notes, lines, light, shadow where life meets machine trapped, cradled, known by lenses frenzied in moments you’ve ambered in ink
in memory in silence in the conscious ticks of your glassy rectilinear chamber of tamed wild forces distilled into the shot caught clear when you chose the liquid horizon as your lover
as another shore thing made being between affect and aperture where negative space exposed as possibility flows beyond wavelength below the surface emulsifying, pixelating, staging a dye in to frame every particle present in the scene’s development
pale foam breaking through pigments of peafowl plumage, they touch the sky together, atmospheric intimacy captured, crashing, still
the face of dawn blushes and burns and bursts a flash under cloudy covers, soft overflow beneath the pink, solar photons dance on water to welcome night, crimson blankets our stellar orbital anchor,
phantoms abound
